Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Creative Copywriter (Hindi/English). Located in

Bhopal, the Sr. Creative Copywriter, will be responsible for generating creative copywriting

for print media ads, scripts for A/V media, web content writing, and creative writing in both

Hindi and English as per the requirement. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming innovative

ideas, crafting compelling copy, collaborating with the creative team, and ensuring all

content aligns with the client’s brand voice and strategy.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

 A creative mind with a strong grasp of storytelling, advertising, and brand voice.

 3+ years of proven copywriting experience (agency background preferred)

 Ability to understand client briefs, think creatively, and bring ideas to life through

words.

 Strong command of grammar, style, and tone; experience writing in multiple voices

is a plus!

 Excellent command on written (English & Hindi) communication skills

 A diverse, high-quality portfolio across digital, video, and print

 Strong grip on writing for both brand and performance marketing

 Ability to write with wit, emotion, and clarity – tailored to different audiences

 Experience of working alongside fast-paced creative teams

 A collaborative team player with a positive attitude who’s comfortable working in a

fast-paced environment.

 Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative copy

 Ability to think outside the box and communicate complex ideas simply

 Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

 Proficiency in digital and social media trends is a plus!

What You’ll Do:

 Craft clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for campaigns across print, digital, social

media, websites, advertisements, and more.

 Collaborate with our creative team to develop unique concepts and bring client

visions to life.

 Conduct research and stay on top of industry trends to deliver fresh, relevant, and

impactful copy.

 Adapt to different tones and styles depending on each project’s needs

 Refine and edit content based on client feedback and agency standards.

 Lead copy development for brand campaigns, digital ads, social media, scripts, and

more

 Collaborate closely with art directors, strategists, and client teams to craft

unforgettable narratives

 Translate briefs into crisp ideas, high-performing hooks, and multi-channel content

Qualifications

 Strong Communication skills blended with Creative thinking

 Proficiency in Writing, including Creative Writing and Web Content Writing

 Excellent command of Hindi/English or both

 Ability to work on-site in Bhopal

 Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

 Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

 Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
