About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Abroad Education Counsellor to guide students in achieving their dream of studying overseas. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in international education systems, excellent counselling skills, and proven success in handling student applications for destinations such as the UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert counselling to students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities.

Guide students through the complete admission process including shortlisting universities, preparing applications, SOPs, and visa documentation.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of admission criteria, scholarships, visa processes, and country-specific regulations.

Conduct seminars, webinars, and workshops to promote study abroad opportunities.

Achieve enrolment targets and contribute to the growth of the counselling team.

Mentor and support junior counsellors, ensuring best practices in student counselling.

Develop strong relationships with universities, colleges, and educational partners abroad.

Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and successful admission outcomes.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any field

4–7 years of experience in abroad education counselling with strong conversion track records.

In-depth knowledge of international education systems, admission requirements, and visa processes.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Ability to handle multiple applications and deadlines efficiently.

Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
