Sr. Corporate Tax Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare State Income tax estimate and tax returns, Premium Tax estimates and tax returns, Federal Income tax Returns, Personal Property tax returns, and UK/Singapore VAT/GST tax returns.
• Review invoices for potential tax issues. Participate in tax law research.
• Review supporting documentation for audits. Review Collected K-1's for Co 210. Complete other miscellaneous and ad-hoc requests.
• Prepare and review Sales and Use tax returns. Make tax payments to taxing jurisdictions. Prepare journal entries for tax payments.
• Prepare/review account reconciliations.

Required Qualifications
Microsoft Excel Knowledge. US Sales, use Tax, and State Income tax. Preferred Qualifications
VBA Macros and Microsoft Access, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Python. EMEA Tax.
