Role Description

• Oversee end-to-end construction of high-rise RCC structures
• Supervise all site activities – structural work to final finishing
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery
• Manage documentation, reporting, and team supervision
• Report directly to the Project Engineer

Eligibility

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 3-5 years of site experience in residential high-rise construction
• Expertise in RCC frame structures, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, etc.
• Preferably familiar with the Pune region and local regulations
• Strong communication skills

• Location:

  On-site | West Pune
