Sr. Civil Engineer

You will be involved in structural and all finishing works in buildings. You will check plans and drawings, and accurately apply the work area. It is important to follow the checklist points, coordinate with the MEP team, take permission from the QC team before starting the work, and provide post checking to the QC team after completion of work. You will be responsible for calculating concrete, steel, shuttering, brickwork, plastering, tiles, painting for internal and external areas, granite, MS and SS railing, carpentry (doors and windows), electrical and plumbing items for accurate quantities for material requirements and bill preparation. Your responsibilities will include all finishing activities such as masonry work, plastering, painting, tiles, granite work, carpentry, civil and electrical work for lift installation, SS railing for staircase, MS railing for lift headroom staircase, electrical and plumbing work, etc. Qualification Required: - Experience in structural and finishing works - Knowledge of reading plans and drawings - Ability to calculate accurate quantities for material requirements - Strong coordination skills with MEP and QC teams Please note that this is a full-time position requiring in-person work.
