Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day site activities

Ensure all civil works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

Monitor work quality, safety standards, and compliance with company policies.

Prepare and review work schedules, progress reports, and material requirements.

Supervise site engineers, foremen, and labor workforce.

Resolve technical issues and provide on-site guidance to the team.

Ensure proper documentation, measurements, and billing coordination.

Maintain coordination with the planning, billing, and quality departments.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, and structural works.

Good understanding of construction drawings and BOQs.

Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.

Ability to handle manpower and site coordination effectively.

Familiarity with safety norms and site management practices.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
