Sr. Business Development Manager-Solar(EPC)

As the Regional Head of Business Development at Spectra Solar, your primary focus will be on Solar EPC projects for the industrial and commercial sectors. You will leverage your expertise in solar energy solutions to drive sales growth and build strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial and commercial sectors for Solar EPC projects. - Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. - Cultivate lasting relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their energy needs and offering customized solar solutions. - Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and opportunities. - Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution. - Create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases to clients. - Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure compliance with company policies. - Provide regular updates to management on sales progress, pipeline, and market feedback. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or project management in the solar industry, focusing on EPC projects. - Proficient in solar energy systems and solutions for industrial and commercial clients. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite. - Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
