Job Description

Role Overview: ApplyBoard is looking for a Senior Partner Manager to manage, nurture, and grow a portfolio of recruitment partners (RPs). You will be responsible for leading relationship management, enrollment delivery, and increasing RP engagement and wallet share through personalized support, training, and data-driven performance conversations. As a senior member of the team, you will also guide and mentor more junior team members.
