Sr. Business Development Executive

As a Senior Business Development Executive, your primary responsibilities will revolve around finding, contacting, and collaborating with potential overseas clients. You will be tasked with comprehending their needs and initiating sales leads effectively. It will be crucial for you to familiarize yourself with the import regulations pertaining to Pharma products in various countries. Additionally, you will be expected to handle customer inquiries regarding technical documents such as COA, MSDS, Manufacturers Licenses, and Technical Data. In this role, you will work closely with the internal Purchase and Logistic departments to ensure timely supply to customers. Your duties will also include the meticulous maintenance and regular updating of the customer database. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating essential presentations for export sales and conducting data analysis on exports while monitoring competitor pricing trends. To excel in this position, you should possess a sound knowledge of Pharma products and Markets/Regulations, along with the ability to generate International Business Leads and successfully convert them into sales. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is a strong command of the English language. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team is also a key requirement. The ideal candidate for this role will have 4-5 years of experience in API international business development. The target manufacturing industries include APIs, Pharmaceuticals, Food, Personal Care, and Nutraceuticals. The educational qualifications sought for this position are a B. Pharm degree along with an MBA. This is a full-time position in the Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industry functional areas, based in Ahmedabad.
