Sr. Business Development Associate

We are seeking a proactive and driven Senior Business Development Associate to join our team
In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic business growth by generating high-value leads, managing key client relationships, and closing deals for our XR products and services This is an exciting opportunity to lead business development initiatives and contribute to the expansion of immersive XR solutions across industries Key ResponsibilitiesActively identify and pursue high-value business opportunities through research, networking, and strategic outreach Conduct impactful presentations and demonstrations to showcase XR products and solutions to prospective clients Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships, understanding their objectives and providing tailored solutions Lead business development strategies and collaborate with internal teams to achieve ambitious growth targets Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging XR technologies to inform sales strategies Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to guide decision-making and continuous improvement Mentor and support junior business development team members in lead generation, client engagement, and sales best practices Required QualificationsBachelors degree in Engineering, Masters in Business Administration, or a related field 3 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in technology or XR/AR/VR domains Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to understand technical XR solutions and translate them into business value for clients Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc) Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
