Job Description

Role Overview: As the Markets Operations COO Business Execution at our company, you will be responsible for a variety of activities such as financial management, resource administration, location strategy execution, and third-party management. You will play a crucial role in supporting and facilitating our global, complex Operations organization as part of a diverse, global team. Key Responsibilities: - Manage financial expenses including permanent and non-permanent employees, travel and expense, relocation, and software. - Provide complete, timely, and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders and handle related queries effectively. - Oversee hiring and resource administration while maintaining appropriate controls and a robust audit trail. - Analyze and monitor Operations transaction costing. - Execute location strategy and govern associated administration, regulation, and risk management. - Manage third-party usage and location footprint in alignment with location strategy and Continuity of Business requirements. - Prepare executive-grade reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to senior management and relevant stakeholders. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies through location choices, leveraging automation, AI, and new technologies. Qualifications Required: - Impactful written and verbal communication skills across various functions and seniority levels. - Ability to independently produce executive-grade reporting and presentation material. - Experience in global strategy execution or large-scale operational transformation projects. - Proficiency in financial management and reporting for a global organization. - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. - Analytical, energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive individual with a strong risk and control mindset. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.,
