Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead BIM implementation and coordination across architectural projects.
Develop and manage BIM models using Revit and other relevant software.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Navisworks or similar tools.
Mentor junior BIM staff and provide technical guidance.
Participate in client meetings and presentations, offering BIM insights and solutions.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in architecture and BIM.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM-related tools.
Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
Familiarity with Dynamo, BIM 360, and other automation tools.
LEED or other sustainability certifications are a plus.
