As a Sr. Business Development Manager (International) at our company located in Kolkata, your main responsibility will be to spearhead the expansion of our client base in the IT services sector. By collaborating with company executives and sales & marketing professionals, you will analyze market trends and propose innovative business ideas to enhance revenue margins. Key Responsibilities: - Lead identification process. - Initiate and monitor sales processes, including automation. - Coach sales professionals to enhance their performance. - Identify new business opportunities. - Plan and generate business avenues. - Define and frame business processes. - Close business deals and negotiate terms effectively. - Develop geography-specific penetration plans. - Identify and utilize business tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Lusha, Sales Navigator, RocketReach, and SalesQL. - Implement marketing automation strategies to streamline processes. - Drive revenue generation through strategic initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any discipline is mandatory. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Service Sales, particularly in Web development and Mobile App Development. - Strong understanding of Offshore markets. - Excellent written communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse geographical locations.
