5+ years professional software development experience
Strong hands-on expertise in Go and/or Rust
Experience building SaaS microservices and distributed systems
Cloud-managed services experience: AWS / GCP / Azure
Designing and maintaining RESTful or event-driven APIs
Proficient in version control, CI/CD, and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes)
