Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs (mainly Rockwell/Allen-Bradley – RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000).
  • Configure and integrate Rockwell HMI/SCADA systems (FactoryTalk View, PanelView Plus).
  • Execute on-site commissioning, testing, and support activities.
  • Collaborate with electrical design and project teams to develop automation solutions.
  • Prepare technical documentation including wiring diagrams, functional descriptions, and user manuals.
  • Provide technical support to customers and service teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with safety and quality standards.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Rockwell PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix).
  • Experience in FactoryTalk View SE/ME, RSLogix 5000, and Studio 5000.
  • Understanding of industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, etc.).
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control drawings.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in automation systems.
  • Willingness to travel for project commissioning (if required).

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in automation and control systems using Rockwell products.
