Sr. Audience Specialist - Full Time

Job Role: Senior Audience Specialist

Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and translate these

into audience segments.

• Work closely with data analysts to analyze data quality and accuracy, determining its

usability for segmentation purposes.

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Adhere to industry standards for data handling, including PII data storage, transfer, and

disposal procedures.

• Utilize AEP for segment creation, PII data handling compliance, and data governance.

• Use Adobe Campaign Classic for audience segmentation, audience enrichment, data

handling, sideload processes, and creating complex multi-channel workflows.

• Collaborate with other teams to manage the full Marketing to Sales funnel for

Prospect/Growth audiences (if experienced).

• Import audiences or connect to external systems through APIs such as Postman (if

experienced).

• Proficiency in marketing principles and campaign strategies.

• Experience working with Data Analysts.

• Familiarity with PII data storage, transfer, and disposal procedures.

• Experience in and working knowledge of AEP and Adobe Campaign Classic.

• Ability to create complex multi-channel workflows.

• Experience with Lead nurture workstreams.

• Experience with data modelling and creation of audience cohorts to optimize reach.

• Experience with importing audiences or connecting to external systems through APIs

(such as Postman).

• Working knowledge of JavaScript.

• Experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer, including use of journeys v/s campaigns, journey

orchestration, defining triggers and actions, and working with Custom actions.
