As a Senior Associate in Technical Support at Tech Mahindra Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune, Maharashtra, you will be responsible for resolving billing issues using query solving techniques and providing clear and concise information. You will also handle international inbound customer calls, focusing on exceptional service delivery and resolving inquiries.
