Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain credit risk scorecards to monitor and analyze portfolio performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks in the loan book.
Conduct regular reviews of credit policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions through regular reporting on key metrics.

Job Requirements :

6-10 years of experience in credit risk management or a related field.
Strong understanding of credit scoring models (e.g., FICO) and ability to develop customized scorecards.
Experience with portfolio monitoring tools such as Loan Management Systems (LMS) or similar platforms.
Proficiency in creating complex reports using SQL or other programming languages.
