Design & Development of R&D products, Fabrication Drawings & Review, Inspection & Trials
Brief Tasks:
Create & review concept design, GA layouts, detailed assemblies and part drawings in AutoCAD or SolidWorks for R&D Product. Modification & Improvement of existing equipment.
Design & Selection of Products required for Equipment such as materials, actuators, motors, gearbox, bearings etc.
Perform design calculations required for new machine development. Create BOM for purchase & manufacturing.
Develop New Vendors, Create Specifications, Communicate effectively and professionally with Vendors.
Create & maintain design documents such as design programs, BOM, Operation & Maintenance Manuals, QAP, Bought out specification.
Perform quality checks of drawings & documents.
Utilize the PLM (Teamcenter X) system for Drawing/documentation control & Workflow.
