Key Responsibilities: Stores Management: Manage receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials, tools, spares, and consumables. Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP (SAP/Oracle or similar). Ensure proper documentation (GRN, issue slips, return notes, etc.). Coordinate with procurement, production, and maintenance teams for material availability. Implement 5S and safety practices in store areas. Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile with system records. Identify and handle slow-moving or obsolete inventory as per policy. Dispatch Operations: Plan and execute dispatch of finished goods and project materials. Prepare and verify dispatch documents (delivery challans, packing lists, invoices). Coordinate with transporters/logistics for timely deliveries. Ensure proper packing, labeling, and safe loading of materials. Maintain dispatch records and provide updates to clients/project teams. Ensure compliance with shipping, safety, and regulatory norms. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in storekeeping and dispatch in a manufacturing/engineering setup. Strong knowledge of inventory control and dispatch processes. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
