Design Engineer

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate should be graduate full time, with minimum 4-5 years of experience in Mechanical design
• Candidates must be from mfg industry is preferable.
• Candidate around 25-35 yrs.
• Should be thoroughly computer literate and make presentations when required.
• Candidate should have fluency in English

About the Role:

• We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Design Engineer with a strong background in 3D design and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using SolidWorks. This role will support product development, structural analysis, and design optimization efforts across various projects.

• Create detailed 3D CAD models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks
• Perform FEA simulations for structural integrity, stress, and performance analysis
• Support the engineering team with design improvements and validation
• Prepare documentation, reports, and analysis summaries
• Collaborate with manufacturing and cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility

Skill Set required:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proficiency in SolidWorks (3D modelling & simulation)
• Hands-on experience with FEA tools (preferably SolidWorks Simulation)
• Good understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and design standards
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Casting or mechanical product design
• Knowledge of other simulation tools (ANSYS, Abaqus, etc.)
