Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile

Inter CA
with a solid grounding in finance, accounting, and taxation.
During 5 years
of experience, preferably in a
manufacturing company
.
Exposure to
costing methodologies
.
Age group:
28 to 38 years
(flexible for suitable candidates).
Should be
tech-savvy
, aware of
AI tools
for finance/accounting automation and reporting.
Must be
computer literate
, with strong proficiency in
Excel
,
Tally
, and other
accounting software
.
Excellent
communication skills
in English written and spoken.
Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of preparing
presentations
for internal and external auditors.

1. Cost Control (Primary)

Manage all direct and indirect costing matters with a strong emphasis on
Production costing.
Ensure timely data and coordinate with auditors and consultants.
Assist with
cost analysis
, overhead allocation, and production costing.
Participate in cost control initiatives and budgeting exercises.

2. Accounts Management

Keep updated on changes in tax laws and compliance norms.
Support in the
finalization of accounts
and coordination for audits.

3. Secretarial Support (Preferred)

Assist with
statutory filings
and compliance (ROC, Board minutes, etc.).
Coordinate with company secretarial consultants for timely compliance.

4. Technology & Reporting

Utilize
MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
for reports, dashboards, and presentations, Including Power BI.
Open to learning and leveraging
AI-based accounting tools
or platforms for automation and efficiency.

Technical Skills Required:

Proficient in
Tally ERP
,
MS Excel (advanced functions)
, and
PowerPoint
Familiarity with
accounting and ERP software
Awareness or hands-on experience with
AI-powered finance tools
(e.g., for reconciliation, reporting, or document management) is a plus
