About the Role

  • We are looking for an Operations Executive who will act as the main point of contact for our clients, understand their gifting requirements, and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.
  • This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for all client accounts assigned.
  • Understand client requirements thoroughly and translate them into detailed project plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Warehouse Operations, Tech, Finance, Sales) to ensure timely execution.
  • Manage end-to-end order fulfilment from product curation to packaging to dispatch.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure 100% client satisfaction.
  • Handle client queries, updates, changes, and approvals promptly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of orders, approvals, and deliveries.
  • Identify any operational roadblocks and resolve them proactively.
  • Ensure repeat business by delivering smooth and consistent client experiences.
  • Prepare weekly status reports for internal review.

Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or client management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets preferred.
  • Experience in corporate gifting is a plus.
