Sr. Associate / Manager - Presales & BD (Diversity)

**Job Description** As a Senior Associate/Manager in Presales & Business Development (Diversity), you will be responsible for end-to-end bid management. This includes handling the response, solutioning strategy, storyboarding, orchestration, commercials, financial modeling, and articulation. You will collaborate with various stakeholders throughout the pursuit cycle such as the Market Team, Solution Architects, SMEs, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Business Consulting Teams. Your role involves discussing and understanding winning themes, conducting SWOT and competitor analysis, and preparing opportunity overviews for smaller deals. Stakeholder management will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you should have experience in managing business development for large accounts.
