As a Sr. Associate in the Investment Sales team at Cushman & Wakefield in Hyderabad, your role will involve supporting the team with prospecting and lead generation activities. You will be an integral part of building the investor funnel, ensuring daily outreach, and creating actionable leads for the team. **Role Overview:** - **Investor Database Development:** Build, update, and manage a comprehensive database of investors, developers, and family offices. - **Outbound Prospecting:** Make daily outbound calls to potential investors, and diligently track interactions in CRM/Excel. - **Lead Generation:** Identify qualified prospects and generate new investment leads on a daily basis. - **Meeting Coordination:** Schedule investor meetings for senior team members and ensure timely follow-ups. - **Market Research:** Monitor active mandates, recent transactions, and investment appetite of target clients. - **Reporting:** Maintain detailed records of active mandates, recent transactions, and investment appetite of target clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Bachelor's Degree Minimum:** A Bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement, with a preference for a Master's degree in Business, Commerce, Real Estate, or related fields. - **Experience:** Ideally, you should have 1-2 years of experience in sales, tele-calling, lead generation, or business development. Experience in Real Estate or Finance is preferred but not mandatory. - **Communication Skills:** Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with proficiency in English and Telugu/Hindi being preferred. - **Client Engagement:** Comfortable with outbound calling, handling objections, and building lasting client relationships. - **Technical Proficiency:** Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools is necessary. - **Personal Attributes:** Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
