Job Description

As a Quality Assurance professional, you will be responsible for the following: - Demonstrating relevant experience in testing various ServiceNow ITSM Modules such as Incident management, Change management, Problem management, Service Catalog, ITOM, SOM, HRSD, etc. - Utilizing your expertise in ServiceNow Automated test framework (ATF) automation tool to write efficient test cases. - Participating in Test Execution, Results Analyzing, and Defect Reporting process. - Applying your knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC process to contribute effectively to the testing procedures. - Understanding and working with CMDB service mapping and Discovery to ensure accurate testing. - Engaging in Dashboards, reports, and SLA testing procedures. - Having ITSM Foundation and ATF Micro certification will be an added advantage. - Conducting upgrade and regression testing proficiently. - Collaborating with team members to achieve project goals by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills effectively. - Having basic knowledge of postman will be an added advantage. Preferred Skills: - Technology: Infra_ToolAdministration-ITSM->ServiceNow, Infra_ToolAdministration-ITSM->BMC Remedy ITSM->ITSM.
