Sr. Assocaite Analyst(Non- Voice process)

We are currently looking for Sr. Assocaite Analyst - U2 to work with our internal team here in Hyderabad (WFO).

Role: Sr. Assocaite Analyst - U2 (Fulltime/Permanent)

NOTE: As per Tech Mahindra the designation on papers will be "Sr. Associate Analyst - BPS/U2"

Location: Hi-Tech city , Hyderabad

EXP: 1Y till 5Y (Stakeholder/Clients management + Good understanding of PO/Invoice)

Payroll: Tech Mahindra

Client: UK Based (500 years old publishing house)

Shift: 12PM till 9:30PM (2 way free transport will be provided with in the radius of 30Kms)

Work More: WFO (5 Day working/Fixed week offs on Sat & Sun)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Running citation, usage, and manuscript submission reports against titles upon request
• Coordinating journal-specific report requests from non-Editorial departments and following up

appropriately to ensure prompt delivery

• Preparing Word- and Excel-based reports to deadline
• Maintaining and tracking progress against a centralized spreadsheet
• Coordinating annual updates from non-Editorial departments and following up appropriately to

ensure prompt delivery

• Maintaining database of materials on Publishing Report SharePoint site Archive final report versions (Word & PDF) on Publishing Report SharePoint site

Journal management and development support

• Keep information resources, including spreadsheets, databases and web pages, up to date as

necessary

• Support the day-to-day editorial management and development of journals as directed, including

through CMS updates and external communication

• Support team members in the preparation of publishing reports, Impact Factor reports, journal

development plans, etc.

• Conduct data analysis, market research and competitive analyses as required

Essential:

• Experience of working in an office environment
• Working knowledge of Excel and Word, plus database / system experience.
• Good time management skills
• Excellent communication skills

Desirable:

• Educated to degree level
• Direct experience of, or qualification in, publishing
• Proofreading qualification / experience
