Job Description

Your Role

Lead development and support activities using AS400 technologies (RPG, RPGLE, CL, CLLE, COBOL/400, DB2/400).

Perform impact analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Guide team members on SYNON, Cool 2E, and other AS400 tools.

Your Profile

Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams for requirement clarification and delivery.

Review and approve technical artifacts like design documents, test plans, and results.

Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.

Support deployment and regression testing activities.
