We are seeking a detail-oriented and visionary Senior Architect to lead the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, ensuring aesthetic value, functional design, and compliance with all building codes and real estate regulations. UNDER 40 CANDIDATES VASAI LOCATION Bachelorâs or Masterâs Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM, and Adobe Suite Architectural & interior concept development, detailing, and working drawings. Coordination with RCC, MEP, and rainwater harvesting consultants. Cost estimation, BOQs, budgeting, and procurement coordination. On-site execution management, progress tracking, and quality control. Handling statutory documentation for approvals and clearances. Detailed interior work: furniture layouts, finish selections, material curation.
