Sr. Architect

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Feasibility & Planning

  : Prepare comprehensive area and financial feasibility reports. Plan and execute strategies for various development schemes, including

  redevelopment, SRA, and mixed-use developments

  .

• Design & Documentation

  : Prepare various drawings, including

  Municipal Drawing, Working Drawing, presentation drawing

  , and

  Elevation making

  . Review and approve drawings to ensure they do not impact architectural finishes or functionality.

• Coordination & Compliance

  : Coordinate with various consultants (architectural, structural,

  MEP

  , landscape, etc.). Ensure the issuance of

  Good for Construction (GFC)

  drawings that are aligned with municipal approvals.

• Site Management

  : Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality standards, and adherence to design specifications. Ensure the accuracy of and monitor the inspection and verification of

  Setting Out Drawings

  and points at the site.

Skills Required

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Professional licensure as an architect.
• Proficiency in design software like

  AutoCAD

  and

  Revit

  .
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience in

  design, planning, and execution

  of real estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of various development schemes (e.g., 33(7), 33(9), 33(10)).
