for a reputed Company in

Real Estate

Industry

Mumbai (Thane).

Roles Responsibilities

Should know how to prepare comprehensive area financial feasibility report
Has worked for redevelopment, SRA, mixed use developments
.
Should have worked before in this scheme

Municipal Drawing, Working Drawing, presentation drawing, Elevation making.
Coordinating with various consultants like (architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, etc.).
Ensure issuance of Good for Construction (GFC) drawings aligned with municipal approvals.
Review and approve drawings, ensuring they do not impact architectural finishes or functionality.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality standards, and adherence to design specifications, addressing any discrepancies or deviations as needed.
Ensure accuracy of release of Setting Out Drawings.
Monitor and control inspection and verification of setting-out points at the site.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelors or Master s degree in Architecture.
Professional licensure as an architect.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

CTC Working Days:

Monday Saturday 10: 00 am 7:00 pm
One paid leave per month public holidays
