Job Description

Requirements:

12+ years of experience
in software engineering and architecture, with a proven record of designing and scaling distributed web systems.
Strong expertise in
system and application architecture, microservices, and API-driven ecosystems.
Hands-on proficiency in
Python, React, and SQL-based data modeling
, with solid understanding of full-stack integration principles.
Demonstrated experience in designing interactive
UI systems, sandboxed environments, or multi-session distributed architectures.
Deep understanding of deployment and scaling strategies, including the ability to design architectures that efficiently manage thousands of isolated sessions within a shared runtime environment.
Strong grasp of state management, session isolation, and verifier or agent-based systems.
Proven ability to translate complex requirements into scalable, maintainable, and performant technical solutions.
Excellent technical communication, documentation, and leadership skills for aligning cross-functional teams (Frontend, Backend, QA, Verifiers, Trainers, PM).
Familiarity with LLM integrations, verification workflows, or agentic simulation systems is a strong plus.
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
