Job Description

As a Specialist II, Global HRIS at Herbalife, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation, enhancements, and maintenance of global human resources information systems. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with HCM module leads, IT department, Global HR departments, and regional HRIS Leads to address HR objectives and challenges through HR technology. You will lead small to medium-sized projects, manage project plans and timelines, and assist in system upgrades and new module functionality implementation. - Support HCM module leads in understanding HR objectives and challenges - Develop and modify existing HR system processes to meet changing business demands - Lead small to medium-sized projects - Assist in project plans, timelines, and implementation of new systems - Conduct training sessions for global HR administrative users - Create and maintain system documentation and training materials - Assist in testing plans and gather regional HR sign-off post-testing - Manage vendor relationships and troubleshoot issues - Update and document configurations in global HR information systems - Conduct audits to ensure data integrity and alignment with other systems - Administer data security and develop related policies and procedures - Maintain documentation for provisioning users in global HR information systems **Required Qualifications:** - Strong customer service skills - Ability to lead small-scale projects - Intermediate PC skills including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint - Excellent planning and follow-up skills - Intermediate knowledge of networks, data communication processes, and data security - Intermediate analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills - Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity - Ability to function as an effective team member - Ability to adapt to evolving environments - Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information - Ability to work autonomously and at a fast pace - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to organize and prioritize workload - 5-8 years of experience with HCM systems and/or working as an IT functional analyst - 4-6 years of experience in the HR module(s) that will be supported - Bachelor's Degree **Preferred Qualifications:** - Professional certification in compensation, HR, and/or HRIS - Intermediate knowledge of Oracle HR EBS or Oracle Fusion HCM - Intermediate knowledge of SuccessFactors - Intermediate knowledge of ServiceNow Please review the EMEA&I Description box for further details.,
