Job Description

Partners with the CoS to provide high-level analysis, market insights, and strategic planning. Designs frameworks to optimize planning, facilitates alignment, maintains a forward outlook, and leads high-impact initiatives. Collaborates across teams to enhance business roadmaps, analyzes workflows for improvement, proposes solutions, oversees team performance, prioritizes tasks, and conducts independent research to inform executive strategies and project outcomes.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation.
  • Assess the feasibility of automation projects and make informed recommendations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
  • Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions to ensure effectiveness.
  • Develop training materials and job aids for new processes.
  • Provide training on new or updated processes.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, including supplier requests, registration, and qualification.
  • Collaborate with the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Finance team to achieve project goals and implement improvements.
  • Support the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process in enhancing M&A supplier onboarding procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualification
  • Proven experience designing and implementing strategic frameworks in dynamic business environments and d emonstrated success leading strategic planning sessions and facilitating alignment among cross-functional teams.
  • Strong market intelligence and data analysis skills, with e xceptional ability to synthesize complex insights into clear, actionable executive-level recommendations that drive business outcomes , managing multidisciplinary teams and workstream dependencies.
  • Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with analytical mindset, continuously scanning the horizon for opportunities and risks that can influence the company s growth trajectory and tackle novel challenges with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Track record of managing a rolling 12 24 month strategic outlook and resource allocation repository.
