As an experienced candidate with over 3 years of experience in travel, facility, and administrative operations, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end operations independently. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a well-maintained workspace, efficient travel experience, and seamless administrative processes through proactive coordination, networking with local vendors, and delivering cost-effective services. Key Responsibilities: - Take complete ownership of travel, facility, and administrative processes to guarantee quality, timeliness, and accuracy. - Manage domestic and international travel bookings, visa processing, and related documentation within defined timelines, adhering to visa, ticketing, and travel compliance guidelines for India, Singapore, and USA. - Establish and nurture strong local vendor networks to ensure reliable and cost-effective services. - Supervise facility management, ensuring hygiene, safety, and maintenance standards are met through regular inspections and timely issue resolution. - Maintain precise trackers for invoices, bills, and travel expenses to ensure transparency and timely updates. - Plan and coordinate office events, celebrations, and logistics with flawless execution. - Collaborate efficiently with internal teams (HR, IT, Finance) and external partners to resolve issues promptly. - Oversee support staff, ensuring discipline, efficiency, and compliance with hygiene and operational standards. - Demonstrate flexibility with work timings, especially during events, travel arrangements, or urgent operational needs.
