Sr. Accounts Executive

We are seeking a motivated Junior Accounts Executive to join our Accounts & Finance team. This role will provide hands-on experience in accounting operations, bookkeeping, GST, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good Excel skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting activities and data entry in accounting software (Tally / ERP).
• Support in maintaining records of all financial transactions.
• Help in preparing invoices, bills, and payment receipts.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and vendor statement reconciliation.
• Support in GST filing preparation and related documentation.
• Maintain and update accounts-related trackers and reports.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for audit-related work.
• File and organize accounting documents for easy retrieval.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduation B.com, M.com or equivalent in Accounting or Finance.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Tally (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools.
• Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

Internship Duration: 3–6 months

Pay: ₹15,653.37 - ₹43,248.50 per month
