Sr. Accounts Executive

As a Junior Accounts Executive in the Accounts & Finance team, you will gain hands-on experience in accounting operations, bookkeeping, GST, and reporting. Your role will involve assisting in day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial transaction records, reconciling bank and vendor statements, preparing for GST filings, updating accounts-related trackers and reports, coordinating with the accounts team for audit work, and organizing accounting documents for easy retrieval. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in day-to-day accounting activities and data entry using accounting software (Tally / ERP). - Support in maintaining records of all financial transactions. - Assist in bank reconciliation and vendor statement reconciliation. - Support in GST filing preparation and related documentation. - Maintain and update accounts-related trackers and reports. - Coordinate with the accounts team for audit-related work. - File and organize accounting documents for easy retrieval. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Graduation in B.com, M.com, or equivalent in Accounting or Finance. - Basic knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with Tally (preferred). - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools. - Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy. - Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
