Sr. Accounts Executive

As a Senior Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing financial accounts and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts. - Preparing and reviewing financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and other financial analysis. - Implementing and maintaining financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. - Collaborating with other departments to address financial issues and enhance financial performance. - Analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. - Ensuring adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and hospital policies. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a healthcare setting. - Professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA, ACCA) is preferred. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and hospital financial management. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., ERP, accounting software). Additionally, you should possess the following skills: - Financial analysis and reporting capabilities. - Proficiency in general ledger management. - Experience in financial planning and budgeting. - Knowledge of compliance and risk management. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
