Sr. Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with Indian tax laws (GST, TDS), and managing day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update general ledger and accounting records.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow projections.
• Handle monthly closing, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• File GST, TDS, and other statutory returns accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
• Monitor receivables and payables; ensure timely vendor and customer payments.
• Assist in payroll processing and compliance (PF, ESI, PT).
• Support in preparing budgets and variance analysis.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and Indian accounting standards.
• Liaise with banks, tax consultants, and other external agencies.
• Guide and support junior accountants in daily operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Com / M.Com with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Sound knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, TDS, GST, and Income Tax.
• Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Good understanding of reconciliations (bank, ledger, vendor/customer).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
