Binding Supervisor (Printing Press)

Job Summary : The Binding Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the binding process in a printing or Commercial Company. This includes managing the binding team, ensuring the efficient operation of binding machinery, and maintaining quality standards. The supervisor will be accountable for the timely completion of binding tasks while ensuring that safety, quality, and production targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Supervision: Manage and supervise the Binding team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the smooth operation of all printing activities.
• Production Planning: Coordinate with the production team to plan and schedule printing jobs, ensuring deadlines are met, and resources are efficiently allocated.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of printed materials throughout the production process. Ensure all prints meet the required specifications and standards, and take corrective action if quality issues arise.
• Machine Operation & Maintenance: Oversee the operation and maintenance of printing & Binding machines, ensuring they are in good working condition. Perform routine checks and troubleshoot any technical problems.
• Material Management: Ensure that the appropriate raw materials are available for each printing job and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages.
• Cost Control: Monitor and control production costs, ensuring that printing processes are efficient and cost-effective.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all Binding operations comply with safety standards and regulations, creating a safe working environment for all team members.
• Production Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production activities, machine performance, material usage, and any issues encountered during the printing process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
