Job description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our team at Meruliya Jewels, a leading jewelry manufacturing company in Surat. The role involves handling client inquiries, maintaining relationships with wholesalers, managing orders, and coordinating with the production team to ensure smooth order delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients (wholesalers or exporters).
• Understand domestic or international client requirements and provide suitable jewelry solutions as per design, metal, and weight preferences.
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch departments for timely order completion and delivery.
• Follow up with clients for orders, payments, and feedback.
• Maintain sales records, client databases, and order tracking sheets.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, or client meetings when required.
• Stay updated with current jewelry trends, pricing, and market demand.
• Support the management in developing sales strategies and marketing plans.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication.
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship management.
• Basic understanding of jewelry types (gold, diamond, 14k, 18k, etc.).
• Ability to coordinate between multiple departments (CAD, Setting, Polishing, Dispatch).
• Good command over MS Excel and sales reporting.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.
