Sr. Accountant Executive (Male Only)

Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive

Gender: Male only
Experience Required: Minimum 3 to 4 years

Salary: 20k to 25 k

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate accounting operations across all company branches.
• Regular communication with branch accountants to verify and consolidate financial data.
• Ensure timely submission and accuracy of reports from each branch.
• Handle full cycle accounting including accounts payable/receivable, ledger posting, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) in compliance with statutory timelines.
• Operate and manage accounting through Tally ERP 9.
• Stock clearance and reconciliation across all branches; ensure accurate stock records in accounts.
• Monitor stock movements, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with branches to resolve them.
• Assist with audits, internal checks, and inventory verification.
• Provide financial reports and analysis to senior management on demand.

Candidate Requirements:

• Male candidates only.
• Minimum 3–4 years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to multi-branch operations and inventory/stock handling.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 and GST regulations.
• B.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting tools.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
