Sr. ACCOUNTANT

Accounts Responsibilities

• Financial Documentation: Maintain and verify purchase orders, Goods Received Notes (GRNs), invoices, and vendor bills.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Update ERP/Inventory systems, prepare daily/weekly store and accounts reports.
• Coordination: Liaise with the finance team for bill submissions and payment follow-ups.
• Basic Accounting: Handle cash/receipts, process reimbursements, and ensure documentation adherence.

Store/Inventory Responsibilities

• Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inward/outward movements, and ensure proper storage.
• Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock audits, reconcile discrepancies, and remove expired/damaged items.
• Procurement Support: Raise store requisitions, coordinate with procurement for replenishment, and manage vendor deliveries.
• Organization: Keep storage areas organized for optimal space and accessibility.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Education: Graduate (B.Com preferred) or Diploma in Commerce/Supply Chain.
• Software: Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Inventory software (Tally, SAP, Oracle).
• Skills: Strong documentation, communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Experience: Experience in stores/accounts, ideally in railway/EPC sectors, and understanding of material management.

Pay: ₹15,415.10 - ₹40,000.00 per month
