SQL & Reporting Analyst

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Management & Reporting

• Design, develop, and maintain

  SQL queries

  , stored procedures, and datasets for reporting.
• Build interactive and visually compelling

  Power BI dashboards

  tailored to business needs.
• Perform

  advanced Excel reporting

  including pivot tables, dashboards, macros (if needed), and data modelling.
• Ensure reports are accurate, refreshed on schedule, and aligned with business requirements.
  
• Conduct data audits and validations to maintain data integrity.
  

2. Business Insights & Presentation

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, variances, and performance metrics.
  
• Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  
• Present analytical findings and dashboards to

  VP-level and above leadership

  , ensuring clarity and business relevance.
• Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis and strategic reporting requests.
  

3. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with operations, client teams, and management to understand reporting needs.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare domain experts to ensure data alignment with industry standards.
  
• Address data discrepancies, gather requirements, and deliver timely updates.
  

4. Healthcare Domain (Preferred)

• Understanding of healthcare processes, claims data, provider/payer workflows, or medical coding.
  
• Ability to relate data outputs to healthcare KPIs and operational metrics.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience

  in SQL development, reporting, and analytics.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
  

• SQL Server / MySQL / similar RDBMS

• Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modelling)

• Advanced Excel

  (pivot tables, dashboards, formulas, data tools)
• Excellent

  communication and presentation skills

  , with proven experience interacting with senior management.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
  
• Ability to work independently in a

  remote

  environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the

  Healthcare domain

  (provider/payer, claims, revenue cycle management, etc.).
• Familiarity with ETL tools, data pipelines, or automation is a plus.
  
• Certification in Power BI or SQL (optional but beneficial).
