Within Operations, our Inside Sales team is rapidly expanding. We take a bold and modern approach to sales excellence"”combining deep operational expertise, cutting-edge technology, and data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and empower go-to-market teams to succeed.As the Team Lead, and a key member of the Inside Sales team, you will head a cross-functional team of Data Analytics, Visualization, and Data Modeling experts working within the Inside Sales transformation space. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Digital Sales / Inside Sales domain, business intelligence, reporting, visualization and process transformation capabilities. The candidate will have a proven track record in project delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership. The candidate will adeptly balance analytics tasks, and team management.

Roles and Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:Act as a trusted advisor to clients & internal stakeholders, shaping their Insights & Intelligence agendas and strategic initiatives Reporting & Insights:Data Interpretation, Data Analytics, Data Modeling, Predictive Analytics, Data Visualization Project Management:Lead and manage the overall portfolio of Analytics / transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and coordinated delivery Solution Design and Implementation:Design and implement analytics solutions that align with business goals, improve operational efficiency, impact business outcomes and leverage new technologies Stakeholder Management:Drive client workshops to understand requirements, conduct feasibility assessments, and manage senior stakeholder reporting Team Leadership:Mentor and guide team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver solutions Lean / Process transformation:Good exposure to lean methods, optimization & process re-engineering Lead the end-to-end delivery of reporting, analytics, and visualization solutions across Inside Sales workstreams Align team objectives with deal Sales Excellence strategy Drive solution design, data strategy, and execution across data insights and analytics BI tracks Oversee solution scalability, reusability, and integration into business processes Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Python, Power BI (or similar platforms) developers, and Data Analytics practitioners Provide technical and functional guidance to team members Conduct regular performance reviews, skill development sessions, and team health checks Oversee capacity planning and work allocation Responsible for reporting and reporting transformation metrics and KPIs Collaborate with senior business leaders, sales stakeholders, and global teams to define problem statements, KPIs, and success metrics Serve as the client-facing SME for all analytics and visualization needs in the Inside sales domain Strong communication of data analytics, and visualizations through effective storytelling Ensure high-quality delivery of sales reports, dashboards, insights and analytics as per the defined playbook Review and validate data models, flows, dashboards, and visual designs Encourage adoption of best practices in code management, versioning, and model documentation Ensure data quality, governance, and secure access across platforms
Qualification Any Graduation
