Position Overview: As an SQL Lead in our analytics company, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development and maintenance of SQL-based data solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders, to design, optimize, and implement SQL databases and queries that support data analytics and reporting requirements. Your expertise in SQL and database management will be essential in ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability for our analytics projects.

Responsibilities: Database Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of SQL databases to meet the company's data analytics needs. Define database structures, tables, relationships, and indexes to optimize data storage, retrieval, and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Extensive experience working with SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL), including proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, Phyton, stored procedures, and database optimization techniques.

• Strong understanding of database design principles, normalization, and indexing strategies.
• Experience with ETL processes and tools for data integration.

Proficient in database performance tuning and optimization techniques.

Familiarity with cloud-based databases (e.g., Amazon RDS, Google Cloud SQL, Azure SQL Database) and knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) is a plus.

Knowledge of Practice Management System (PMS) and Patient Portal.

Work on source database data columns and save them to XML file and map columns from one database to another database.

Work on schema migration which may include tables, Graph and charts

Familiarity with database administration tasks, including backups, replication, and security.

Knowledge of data validation, data quality, and data governance practices.

Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team of SQL developers.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
