Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented SQL Developer Intern to join our remote development team. This internship offers real-world exposure to writing SQL queries, managing databases, and supporting business intelligence and analytics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
Assist in designing, creating, and maintaining relational databases
Perform data validation, transformation, and troubleshooting tasks
Work on ETL processes and support data pipeline development
Collaborate with data analysts and developers to fulfill data needs
Document queries, schemas, and workflow processes

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Strong foundational knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar platforms
Understanding of normalization, joins, indexing, and query optimization
Basic knowledge of Excel or BI tools is a plus
Eager to learn and adapt in a remote work environment
