Sports Consultant (Subject Matter Expert)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sports Consultant to support our ongoing projects in Delhi. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in sports systems and technology-enabled sports administration. The role involves hands-on project execution, stakeholder coordination, and leveraging digital platforms such as AMS, GMS, and e-governance portals.

Key Responsibilities:

● Coordinate and implement sports development initiatives in collaboration with state and central agencies.

● Work closely with stakeholders, including the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, state sports departments, and federations.

● Operate and manage athlete and game management systems (AMS, GMS), and other Sports systems to contribute to the digitization of sports processes.

● Monitor and evaluate project KPIs, ensuring alignment with objectives.

● Support talent identification, grassroots sports engagement, and capacity-building activities.

● Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal and external use.

● Stay updated with trends in sports technology, digital governance, and performance systems.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

● Master’s or MBA in Sports Management or a related field.

● 2-4 years of experience in the Indian sports industry.

● Prior engagement with organizations like MYAS, SAI, state departments, or sports federations is highly preferred.

● Working knowledge of AMS (Athlete Management System), GMS (Games Management System), and e-governance platforms.

● Familiarity with Indian sports systems, sports tech solutions, and government-led programs.

Desirable Skills:

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.

● Tech-savvy with comfort in handling data-driven tools and platforms. ● Passionate about sports development and systemic impact.

Employment Type: Contractual – 6 months (extendable - based on project requirements)

Location: Saket, Delhi
Travel: Required as per project needs

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
