Sports Consultant

Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sports Consultant to support our ongoing projects in Goa and beyond. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in sports systems and technology-enabled sports administration. The role involves hands-on project execution, stakeholder coordination, and leveraging digital platforms such as AMS, GMS, and e-governance portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement sports development initiatives with state and central agencies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders including MYAS, SAI, state sports departments, and sports federations.

• Operate and manage digital sports systems like AMS (Athlete Management System), GMS (Games Management System), and other e-governance portals.

• Track, monitor, and evaluate project KPIs to ensure project alignment and timely execution.

• Support activities related to talent identification, grassroots sports programs, and capacity building.

• Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, presentations, and documentation for internal and external use.

• Stay updated with current trends in sports tech, digital governance, and athlete performance systems.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree or MBA in Sports Management or a related field.

• 2 - 4 years of experience in the Indian sports industry.

• Prior exposure to organizations such as MYAS, SAI, state sports departments, or sports federations is highly preferred.

• Working knowledge of AMS, GMS, and digital/e-governance platforms.

• Strong understanding of Indian sports systems, sports tech solutions, and government-led programs.

Employment Type: Contractual – 1 year (extendable every 6 months based on project requirements, deliverables, and performance)

Location: Panjim, Goa

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹540,000.00 - ₹660,000.00 per year
