Sports Consultant

As a Client Servicing Executive at our company, your responsibilities will include creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients and ensuring successful execution of events. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional after-sales service. Collaborating with various departments to address client queries and concerns will also be a key part of your role. Your ability to complete Tender/ RFP submissions within specified deadlines will be crucial. Regular communication with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings is essential to address their inquiries promptly and professionally. It is important for you to have a solid understanding of the sports ecosystem in India, including the top leagues and mid-tier leagues across various sports. Effective communication skills in English are a must, with proficiency in Hindi considered a bonus for handling client servicing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and deliver on client objectives. Additionally, you will be involved in ideating and executing content-led campaigns by leveraging resources from our ecosystem. Your role will also involve conducting research on popular sports in different cities, analyzing the impact of sports leagues, and identifying sports activities that require our assistance with ticketing. You will need to evaluate the performance of our sports offerings, suggest product improvements, and implement pricing strategies to drive sales. Managing inventory, developing marketing campaigns, and exploring new partnerships to enhance client visibility will be part of your responsibilities. Proficiency in preparing pitches for prospective clients, budgeting, and maintaining P&L statements are key skills required for this role. To excel in this position, you should possess strong multitasking abilities, prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate a good understanding of the sports industry. Computer literacy, presentation skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to meet deadlines are essential. A background in marketing and a keen interest in sports will be advantageous for this role.,
